Aaron - Chef/Shucker - Raw Bar Oyster Co.

How it all started...

The idea of Raw Bar Oyster Co. was conceived in a small college dorm room at Humber College Circa 2014. Before that come to fruition, Owner and Chef Aaron had a lot to learn. Cutting his chops in some of Toronto and Montreal's best restaurants. Inspired by clean and proper oyster shucks, Aaron honed the skills needed and developed a passion for all things seafood. Returning to Winnipeg in 2018, Aaron took on various chef positions around Winnipeg before launching
